Calculate SoundEx

Calculate the SoundEx of a file or text online.

This utility calculated the SoundEx value of any string of characters. SoundEx is an algorithm that enables you to compare people's names according to the sound of their names. So, for example, you could say the names Sean and Shaun are both pronounced the same. In fact, if you calculate the SoundEx value for Sean and Shaun, you will notice that they both have a Sound-Ex value of "S500".
